Kräutertempel GmbH
Direct producer in Egypt – sales in Germany
Our Values
In addition to our social projects, El Malek C. & Kräutertempel specifically support small farms and family businesses in Egypt in developing new cultivation areas and building long-term prospects. Together we create opportunities for local farmers to supply their products to our partners and suppliers in Egypt, giving them access to international trade.
Many small farms have great potential but often lack the necessary contacts, structures or financial resources. This is exactly where we come in: through cooperation, technical know-how and targeted support, we accompany farmers and farms on their way to sustainable growth and fair trading opportunities. In this way we promote long-term cooperation, strengthen regional agriculture and create new opportunities for families and future generations in Egypt.
Kräutertempel’s aim is not just to trade products but to enable real development, prospects and sustainable partnerships.
Kräutertempel and El Malek C. in Egypt are internationally oriented companies operating in various market segments of the food industry.
Together we act as ethical and responsible representatives of the industry and have set out our core values in our CODE OF CONDUCT.
Aims of the code: Guaranteeing a sustainable and socially responsible supply chain.
These principles and values are binding for all our suppliers and business partners:
– compliance with the law
– fair working conditions with appropriate occupational safety
– fair pay and regular working hours
– fair and humane treatment
– prohibition of child labour
– avoidance of discrimination of any kind
– environmental protection and sustainability
– climate protection as well as animal and species protection.

Orphanage in MONOFIA – Egypt
Responsibility that goes beyond business.
We are convinced that success also means giving something back. That is why we support an orphanage in Egypt that offers children protection, education and a stable environment.
Through regular donations from Kräutertempel and El Malek C., we help to give the children better prospects for the future. Whether through educational support, everyday care or a place where they can feel safe and secure.
This commitment is particularly close to our hearts, because we want not only to act economically but also to take on social responsibility and make a positive contribution.
